SEPTEMBER SONG

I could burst into song in honour of
September in its gentleness,
golden light,
Damien Rice's music,
long walks,
moonlight.
In no particular order.

Tekee mieli laulaa
syyskuun lempeydelle,
kultaiselle valolle,
Damien Ricen musiikille,
pitkille kävelylenkeille,
kuutamolle.
Satunnaisessa järjestyksessä.

  3. September's song is almost over. It is one of my favorite months that never lasts long enough. Damien Rice is always playing in my home too. His latest CD on repeat.

    1. Last few moments of September now...
I think it always takes me by surprise
how gentle and green September still is over here.
A soft landing into the colder, bleaker months.
It's sure treated well this year.
Lovely to spot another Damien Rice fan over there :)
Wishing you a tender end of September, x

  4. If this isn´t the perfect post for Septembe to say good bye, no post is.
Wonderful! This is so inspiring to me. The old porch, the child, no dressed warm, reaching out to the tree in the last warm dry moments, before the grey Lord comes with rain and fog and cold temperatures, and then the ONE leaf next to the warming cup of tea.
I enjoyed it very much, Thank you so much! Greetings from Méa

It makes me happy
when you leave a trace

- whether it's a single word
or you scribble all over.
