Thanks Angela! I seem to rarely pick up the camera these days, but somehow when the little one is home in the middle of the week and there's less time and inclination to focus on work, it's quite fun to play around with the camera a little and even do a modest spot of crafting together :)

Hi Sarah, so sorry to hear that the photos aren't uploading on your ipad properly. Not quite sure what could be wrong - I changed the font and went for another comment form, which allows me to reply directly to each comment, but didn't change the overall template or anything major, so would have thought this wouldn't affect things too much. But then I don't really know... I use a mac myself and have tested the blog on a pc and mobile phone, which all seem to work ok.

Does anyone else have a problem with seeing my photos these days or have an idea what would be wrong?

Love this post Rebecca, your home is so beautiful.
And the headband for your little girl is precious, was it inspired
by Wovenplay? I love their range.
Love kat x

Voin vannoa, että kaikki ei ole niin kovin kaunista ja harmonista, rajaaminen rulettaa :)

Thanks ever so much Babette for your lovely message x

Thanks Malin, the bathroom floor is original, our house is from 1926 and not quite sure whether the tiles could date as far back as that, but they're many decades old anyhow. They've stayed in surprisingly good shape. I know you can still get hexagonal tiles, and you could combine different colours.

Thanks! She's much better now, just coughing a lot at night. The book that's open is an old favourite, Designerhjem by Charlotte Grondahl featuring the homes of Danish designers. I love its huge proportions and glossy photos.

Thanks Kat <3 The headband was subconsciously inspired by some gorgeous images in an issue of Papier Mache magazine, although ours is a much more humble version made of things we had available at home. I must check out Wovenplay, hadn't heard of it before!

Oh Papier Mâché is wonderful isn't it. I have issue 2.
It was probably a woven play headband as they have featured them before.
I know you'll love that brand. They even have jess brown dolls in their style.
